These terms are between you and PWMC Limited (trading as hellobrief). By using Brief you agree to them.

What Brief does
Brief reads the calendars you choose on your iPhone and sends you summaries, answers and reminders by WhatsApp or Telegram. It never changes your calendar.

Check anything important
Brief is only as current as the last time your iPhone updated it, and iOS decides when that happens in the background. Journey times are estimates from Apple Maps, and the one-line summary is written by AI. For anything that matters, check your calendar itself.

Your part
Keep Brief allowed to run in the background, and use it only for your own calendars or ones you have permission to use.

Messaging services
Delivery depends on WhatsApp and Telegram, whose own terms apply. We aren't responsible for their outages or delays.

Fees
To be decided: free during testing; any subscription, its price and how to cancel it will be shown before you pay, through the App Store.

Stopping
You can stop at any time by deleting your data in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse Brief, and may change or end the service with reasonable notice.

Liability
We provide Brief with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for missed appointments or losses caused by out-of-date calendar data, delivery delays or estimates, to the extent the law allows; solicitor to draft. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
