I'm not getting my brief+
Check Brief is connected to WhatsApp in the app, and that it isn't paused or set to skip weekends. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
How do I change the time of my brief?+
Open the app and choose a new time. The change applies from the next brief.
A calendar is missing+
Brief reads calendars already on your iPhone. Add the account in iPhone Settings, then turn the calendar on in Brief.
Does it change my calendar?+
No. Brief only reads your calendar. It never adds, changes or deletes anything.
I don't use WhatsApp. Can I still use Brief?+
Yes. Choose Telegram in the app and your brief, answers and reminders arrive there instead.
What if I'm on Android?+
Not yet. Brief is iPhone only for now.
How do I pause or stop it?+
Pause it in the app for holidays, or turn off weekends. To stop completely, go to Settings → Delete my data. You can also block the Brief number in WhatsApp.
How do I delete my data?+
In the app, go to Settings → Delete my data. This removes your account and everything we hold straight away. Your calendars on your iPhone aren't touched.
